Refund Policy

All Sales Final – No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect purchases

  • Pack odds, pulls, or pull dissatisfaction

  • Opened or unopened products

Pokémon TCG products are sealed collectibles and are susceptible to tampering, resealing, and value fluctuation once sold. For this reason, no returns or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this all-sales-final policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

We will only review claims if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • Your item is defective

  • You receive the wrong item

To be eligible for review:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear video at the time of opening the packaging

    • The video must clearly show the box had not been tampered with
    • The video must be continuous showing both the opening and the products contained within.

  • You must include your order number

  • Items must remain unused and unaltered

If a claim is approved (at our sole discretion), we may offer:

  • A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or

  • Store credit, or

  • A refund only if a replacement is not available

Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval.

Non-Returnable Items

All Pokémon TCG products are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Booster packs

  • Booster boxes

  • Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs)

  • Singles

  • Graded cards / slabs

  • Promotional items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Once an order has shipped, ownership and risk transfer to the customer.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.

European Union Customers

Due to the sealed, collectible nature of Pokémon TCG products, the EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once an order has been shipped, in accordance with applicable consumer protection exemptions.
