Account Verification Process

Who This Store Is For

Chu Collectibles is a federally-registered Canadian company created to serve members of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and their immediate family members. Privilege is extended to First Responders (Police, Amublance, Fire), including peace officers, volunteer firefighters, auxiliary members, and volunteers at St John Ambulance.

To keep products accessible and fairly priced for this community, customers who are verified will access exclusive pricing that are generally on-par or lower than market price.

Why Verification Is Required

Our goal is to ensure that CAF members and their families have reasonable access to Pokémon Trading Card Game products for themselves and their children—without having to compete with scalpers or pay inflated secondary-market prices.

While we are a business and do apply a markup to remain sustainable, our long-term goal is to secure direct distributor access so that eligible customers can benefit from first-tier pricing and exclusive availability on products that are often sold out elsewhere.

How Verification Works

Step 1 – Product Sourcing

We currently source genuine Pokémon TCG products through reputable local and regional channels while we pursue direct distributor relationships.

Step 2 – Verify Your Account

If you register your account using your work email, periodic reviews will occur to automatically assign the "verified" role.

CAF Members and family members

CAF members and eligible family-affiliated customers may first create an account, then request the account be verified by emailing: support@chucollectibles.ca

Please send your request from your DWAN or D365 email address and include the following information:

• Full name
• Rank
  
• Email address you intend to use for your store account (if different)
  
• Optional for store engagement tracking purposes: Your Trade, PRes or RegF, primary base.

Contractors:
Contractors with DWAN access are reviewed case-by-case. Please briefly explain the nature of your role in support of the CAF.

First Responders

First Responders are to send your request from your work email address and include a photo of your warrant card, ID card, and/or other verifiable documents. Please first create an account, then request the account be verified by emailing: support@chucollectibles.ca

⚠️ Do not include any restricted, classified, or sensitive information (OPSEC applies).

Step 3 – Shop

Once your account is verified, you may shop normally and place orders through the store.
